Description:

San Bernadino National Forest is a park and outdoor recreation area established in 1907 to preserve the forest and wildlife of Southern California. Useful for obtaining maps and permits, the forest supervisor's office is located just south of the San Bernardino International Airport. The hundreds of trails are host to thousands of plant and animal species, and special weekend guided-hikes offer many bald eagle sitings.
